Here's your Bordeaux. Everyone should have a few kicking about the cellar. Not so much to drink themselves as to have sitting there when people come around and browse the shelves. In the context of Bordeaux this is fantastic value, full, ripe Cabernet Sauvignon with not shortage of complexity. Cellarable for decades and perfet in the depths of Winter with lamb shanks.
