Affinity is a contemporary style gin that has been busy converting non-gin drinkers and sparking excitement with established gin drinkers with its balanced and well-rounded flavours. Vapour infused from 11 botanicals, predominantly Australian grown.
Tasting notes:
Juniper forward with a subtle hint of spice (think Christmas spice), semi-sweet citrus and floral nose leaving a naturally sweet warming finish with the help of Australian grown vanilla beans & almonds.
The ABV sits at 44% as it allows stronger character at this percentage. Affinity Gin pushes through in most mixers and cocktails whilst holding its own neat.
About Karu Distillery: All products are distilled and bottled at Nick and Ally’s independently owned and operated distillery at the Mouth of the Devils Wilderness, Grose Vale NSW, surrounded by vast bushland settled in the outskirts of Sydney.
