About Marcel Malbec

Tasting notes:
A great value example of the French interprtetation of Malbec. Typically less dense in ripe fruit than the South-American couterparts. More gravel minerality keeping the palate fresh and a brighter sour raspberry note on the finish. Still an abandunce of brooding darker plum and mulberry filling the wine out but definitely tighter and leaner than anything you might find in Mendoza.
